“Slow Man Stance” Sage Francis + Buck 65


Another demo has kicked its way out of the SFR vault. This here is the original version of “Slow Man” which was completely reworked and re-recorded over different music for my LI(F)E album. This version is more aggressive and includes A BONUS ADDITIONAL VERSE! The legendary Buck 65 produced the beat.

I hold the pause button halfway and make the tapedeck bleed.
It takes seconds to see what’s gonna happen in an hour’s time.

    Hey Sage… please give this a read. A couple cats from my graffiti crew are getting completely fucked over. We trying to rock the bells here. If you go to jail in SA, thats it. Youre fucked, life blows out like a candle in the wind. My little brother for one. If you can make some noise that would be great…international hip hop community has gotta unite against the beast.     Great alternate take of ‘Slow man’.. I actually prefer the harder take! Any other versions of London Bridge coming? Lyrically it’s good but that chrous / beat…

    That said I’m not a fan of buying individual tracks, while I happily support your music I find single tracks have a habbit of getting lost. IMO demo’s / alt tracks / remixes are great and insightful but should be free (we already bought it once), alternatively why not gather a bunch of them and put it out as a compilation? I’d buy that, plus it feels like another Sick Of… cd is long over due ;)
