Shane Hall, longtime SFR affiliate, has been recording and performing
various styles of music for the past 15 years. Punk rock, hip-hop,
rock and roll...you name it. He's done it all and he's done it well.
On his newest release, "Basic Draining," Hall delivers an indie-folk
album dedicated to the art of self-examination and he does it great.
Although "Basic Draining" is not a hip-hop record, the overall content
and vibe of the album is very similar to the kind of projects we house
here at SFR. A clear example of the kindred spiritualism we share is
the song "The Fat Lady of Limbourgh," produced by Strange Famous' own
Buddy Peace. This song is available as a free download on the front
page of
www.SFRstore.com for a limited time only.
We are proud to be the FIRST store to offer this album to the world,
not only as a CD but also as a digital download. Thank you, Mr. Hall.
