He's the reason I'm so well adjusted.

I think you're thinking of Mr Dressup (that's for the Canadian kiddies.)

I don't know about ya'll but Mr Rogers seems really creepy to me now. I'd be scared shitless if I saw him in a dark alley.

it seems they've both died according to penelope's article link.

mr rogers was sooo gangsta.

at least 2 of his terms are still in regular use for me:

"speedy delivery, speedy delivery", "hi neighbor".

we should all wear one of those funky ass sweaters as an homage today.

I am from Pittsburgh where Mr. Rogers was from and he is an icon around the city. But I always thought that he was a big pussy. That show sucked except for the puppets they were cool, but everything else was straight pussy. But It is sad to see someone die.

Picture Picture was like a magic fantasy because back when they introduced it on the show, there was no such thing as a VCR or home video. Playing films in your house on some kind of SCREEN!? SPACE AGE!

Mr Rogers seems to die every year, by reports. I'm ready to believe it this time, though.

Naturally, it's sad.

Do any of you all remember Mr. Wizard? So many childhood memories flooding back. like the one of the movies on Mr Rogers' wall that it took you on a tour of a peanutbutter making facility. mmmm peanutbutter. i am now going to have a piece of toast with peanutbutter in honor of Mr. Rogers. i suggest you all do the same.
