Surprised no one's talking about this. New sounds are boldly dope. Wasn't feeling the single at first but it's grown on me. Really feeling Bolt Cutter, Little Mercy and String Theory. Looking forward to the crew's return trip to NY along with P.O.S' new record. |

the tour should be the goods. not enough Cecil last time.
Can we get a Sage and Cecil show at the Cat's Cradle sometime?
I'm jealous of all these small tours. |

I finally had a chance to hear this yesterday and it's really a great showcase of everything Doomtree has to offer. I've enjoyed tracks off each collective False Hopes release, but never the entire album. No Kings is a different story. Every track bangs, and it's as simple as that. Great production, great lyrics, great cohesiveness to the record as a whole. |

I caught the SFC show. It was packed, and the crew put on a fantastic, upbeat show. DT definitely appeared to be having a really good time on stage and it translated directly to the crowd. Very fun night. Also, a lot just plain nice people at a Doom Tree show. The drunken macho dickhead factor was waaaaaaaaaaaay low |

So I made it out to the show last night and it was Great!.
Mr. Invisible opened. Lazerbeak brought some lava bangers.
They had a great set. Dance party in the middle. Some new P.o.s. Killer stuff.
And I got to tell Mr. Otter how much I appreciate his work afterwards.

Is anyone here going to the Boston show tomorrow? I still don't really know anyone around here, it'd be nice to maybe make a few acquaintances. |
