That was like a couple skinny guys walking around with Jordans in South LA circa the late 80's. Rich people forget that bad things can happen to them.
Guys' mouths must have been watering upon spotting them shambling around like dummies at the border region.
Those hiker dudes were (A) dumb and (B) kinda came off douchey after the whole thing was over. Very strange people. |

I think Venezuela will be next. Although they will have to step up their PR game. It will be a lot harder to fool the western media there then it was in Libya. |

challenge for firefly:
can you supply a source corroborating what this woman is saying (libyans don't hate gaddafi, he didn't hire tuareg mercenaries, etc.) who has actual expertise in the middle east / north africa and isn't a reporter for RT or a communist? |

Over a millions people marching in Tripoli supporting Gadhafi:
I could ask you the same thing by the way. Can you name me one source who doesn't work for the corporate media and who isn't a Capitalist?
I was at a conference the other night about the media's role in preventing mass atrocities. They were celebrating the death of Gadhafi (who by the way, had no trial and was executed when he could have been captured). You know who was at this conference? A bunch of rich people who don't give a shit about anyone besides themselves (including ex PM Paul Martin). It was held at this extremely fancy/exclusive boy's club, selling tickets for 80 bucks a day. Politics is a rich man's game and they aren't playing to help people. <--- this doesn't prove my point, I'm just saying this because it was a real eye opener for my partner who was excited for the conference only to find it that it was a huge joke. |

That's the excuse eh, that Gadhafi is behind it all. Well he's dead now so that excuse can finally be put to rest. What does this journalist have to gain by speaking out?
And that looks like WAY more then 10's of thousands to me. I've seen 10's of thousands and this trumps that.
How are those news sites independent? Where do they get their funding? Also, one of them had flash ads all over it. |
