Tom Hardy was a tour de force in Bronson and brilliantly understated in Inception. I have absolutely faith in his power to convey evil.

I'm very very skeptical about this.

Both X-Men 2 and Spiderman 2 were super solid, while both 3rd installments were TERRIBLE.

Hope this trend is broken.

Azrael always shat me mainly because from memory of those comics (very old) he looked alot like He-man when he wasn't in the suit...

theres been these reports lately : Joseph Gordon-Levitt rumored to be Alberto Falcone, a.k.a. the Holiday Killer (‎ - http://blog.zap2it.com/pop2it/2011/02/joseph-gordon-levitt-rumored-to-be-alberto-falcone-aka-the-holiday-killer-in-dark-knight-rises.html)

hang on...isn't that the kid from 3rd rock from the sun? he does kinda look like Falcone i guess

He's a good actor. He's gonna have a proper breakthrough role soon that will lose him the title of "Tommy from 3rd Rock" and make people take him seriously, mark my words!

Aren't people taking him seriously?

I always get the feeling he is regarded as one of the more talented young actors. I never get the feeling that people are not taking him seriously because of 3rd rock from the sun (which was an ok show at times).

It also helped that he chose a lot of not so obvious films in the beginning of his career, like Brick. He was also good in The Lookout. And Inception and (500) Days of Summer definitily put him on the map.

Too bad for G.I. Joe though haha.

You're right.. he's definitely 'on the map'. But he's not quite there yet; he hasn't had a really defining role yet.

(hah. we don't talk about GI Joe!)
