According to WashingtonDCHotels.com, the demand for hotels [for the Stewart-Colbert rally] is outpacing that of the "Restoring Honor" rally. - Wikipedia

also far far more people dc (who don't make hotel reservations) will be going to this march than went to becks... this is going to be big. i wonder how fox is going to cover it?

Not to mention the far far far more people that will be couch crashing for this than Becks. so pissed i wont be in dc for this. was there last week and just picturing how many people might be showing up. having been at inauguration, which was amazing, this could be like a warm weather, younger, whiter, smaller version of that.

I'm going to head down for this. Apparently Sage is going too. Who else will be there?

Can't make it to DC, but looks like there will be mini rallies popping up around the country. No RI listed yet, but check for your state if you can't make it to DC.

I really, really, really want to go to this.

If there's any feasible way I can make it happen I'm jumping on it.

I'm in DC already so I will be there. The first rally in a long time that I finally agree with.

Do you think a bus trip could be organized the same way other bus trips have been planned from RI to DC? I'd be down for that and I'm rallying the troops on Facebook.

I know there are official buses running from Providence (and perhaps elsewhere) to the rally.

The important thing is to make sure the chartered bus is set up with parking. Usually at RFK and than metro to the mall.

I'll be there, kickin' in with a reasonable level of moderate excitement. Keepin' it sane...

I want to bring Jon's suggested sign: "I disagree with you, but I'm pretty sure you're not Hitler"
