I saw this properly last night and bam, it hit me twice as hard in visual form. I absolutely love it. Not really sure what else to say but this is a beautiful thing. Amazing work!

...and by the way, the bus passengers with bird gif is hypnotic. Bill Cosby's messing with my mind too so I'm gonna navigate away from this page.

Wow. I actually was gonna avoid this video, out of respect for the song... it's 10/10 already and it's the closer on the album. Just some strong, uplifting writing, and the arrangement and the sentiments, just incredible on its own (and such a real and important topic). But of course within a few minutes I caved in and watched it, and this thing just really definitely delivered. Amazing video, brings the song to life even more. PROPS to Sage and those involved.

I like the door opening into the field when the music really kicks up... that's one of those moments in the song when I picture that kind of thing in my head. I have those moments in lots of songs, and this is the first one with a video that indulges me.

Lucky? He got scolded and pushed like a rag doll at the end of the video. I call that discipline.

so good you can't watch it again.
how paradoxical.

I was holding it together until that first shot of Sage speaking with the kid. Now I have to wait and compose myself before I get the laundry out of the dryer. Haha.

I still can't listen to this song more than once a day. It's amazing how such personal writing can tell so many other people's stories.

speaking from the perspective of someone who remembers way back when all I can say is WOW. This video blows me away.

What a fucking video man. I'm not gonna lie, the new album isn't one of my favs, but this song was my fav off the album. The video took it to a whole new level, BIG PROPS.

Sage Francis you have come a long long way.....those last few bars, dropping knowledge for the kids...that's the shit right there.

Thank you.
