me too....than i was pissed i didnt get the circular spectacles and they had to force me to wear them....had a LOT of headaches....all started cuz i didnt want to sit in the front of the class...so i thought faking far sightedness would do the trick. |

this song just reminded me i had a penpal from PA when i was about 13
met her at a hotel we were both at
she was wearing a smashing pumpkins shirt around the time infinite sadness came out
she was cute as a button too!
we wrote for about 2 years and the letters just stopped
i really hope that box didnt get lost last time i moved
im going to have to find it and look her up on facebook! heh
damn it sage! makin me feel all nostalgic and shit

i'm digging the table saw/radial arm/chop/worm drive whatever it is. i kept looking out the front door of the studio to see who was working. the imagery of cutting apart and building up fits perfectly. |

That sound you're referring to is actually a cymbal being bowed. Eerie and creepy. It was that sound that drew me in initially. |

amazing.. i listened to that track several times over trying to figure out which piece of shop equipment was being used. cymbal makes sense. i kept trying to hear where the sound faded in and out for triggering the worm/chop/radial, or fading out the non cutting running on the table..
thanks for illuminating that mystery.. i feel like i have to listen to it again with that information in my head now. |

i remember readin you sayin somethin that the next song was gonna be a 7 minute song and above you say somethin about a 6 minute mark , i know its at 5:30, just thought maybe you cut it down shorter maybe? i dunno |
