I wouldn't be surprised if Mitt Romney gave it another whack.

Palin doesn't have a chance in 2012 and anybody that thinks she does is delusional.

I say Romney or Jehndal will get the nomination.

I wouldn't view the media's steady lampoonage as a voice of consensus. I know plenty of people that like Palin. Either people really hate her or really like her, but I think there is a significant amount of people that would like to see her run. I'd even go as far to say McCain would have been completely blown out if it wasn't for Palin.

I think you are right about Jindal going into the fold, but there's no way he's getting the nom. I also predict this dude becoming a factor:

For real? Palin turned the repubs into a laughing stock in '08. Remember the Katie Couric interview?

I think her succuss really depends on how the conservative media (Rush and co.) reacts. They had no choice but to embrace/help her when she was shoved down their throats in 2008. Now they will have some options.

She will be destoyed if she chooses to run. If she doesn't, she will remain the celebrity princess where she can make a living making speeches and helping repubs with fundraising.

Mark my words. Palin in 2012 is the first sign that we should be taking the Mayans seriously.

If that were true we'd see campaigns by Laura Ingraham, Bill O'Reilly, Rush, Hannity, etc. Hannity is much more electable than Beck. The reason none of them actually run is that A) they're making bathtubs of dollars to do what they're doing, and don't want to go broke in politics and B) their strengths disappear when they can't say whatever crazy shit they feel like saying.

It looks like Palin will definitely run, which means she really is as stupid as she seems, because she'll damage her party and make herself look very foolish yet again. At least we'll get some good hate rally youtube video footage out of it...

If Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin are running the country, who will cry for our new found liberty?
