What is there to be scared about? A Palin campaign is a win in almost every way possible for the country. |

There's chatter in the crazy section of the conservative blogs about a Palin/Beck ticket in 2012. And Palin is refusing to deny it. I start to giggle just thinking about that.
Seriously though, can you imagine what the republican attack dogs would do to her during the primary? It would be brutal. |

i salivate, SALIVATE, at the possibility of this. oh god have i been good enough? that would more than make up for the indy loss this week, which i may still be thinking about in three years.
the democrats would take every swing state by ten points. they'd take states like kentucky and louisiana. not gonna happen, keep dreaming. my guess is it'll be some republican governor nobody's really thinking much about right now. maybe that asshole from texas, although that would be a tough sell in so many ways. |

Chicka-Chicka-Boom-Boom is some fine literature. I applaud those kids. Maybe there is a hope for the future. |

would having palin in the primaries push the republican party to the right in order to lure her supporters away or towards the center to get moderates? i have a feeling it might be the later considering the current disenchantment a lot of moderates have with obama. still, three years is a long time and a lot could change. either way i'd love to see her run. she wouldn't get the nomination but it would be a total shit show. |

I don't think she's actually planning a 2012 run, because I don't think she's willing to run against Obama.
Her publicity strategy right now looks like taking herself out of government, getting the 2008 VP candidacy apology tour out of the way as soon as possible, starting to re-brand herself as a conservative voice. Fucking the Republicans out of the NY-23 seat to build her own credibility as a woman of principle... that wasn't about positioning herself as the right candidate for 2012.
I see her putting herself forward in 2016, and thinking of 2008-2016 as her "wilderness years" -- Nixon style. Maybe even describing it that way, assuming she's read enough history to know the reference. |

actually my guess is she's gunning for a talk show. that would be the smartest move she could make....provided she's learned how to form an english sentence. she could be a conservative oprah. LOL. |

I think the GOP is going to use Palin to try and energize their base. She doesn't have a shot in fuck of winning. I wouldn't be surprised if she goes for a senate seat somewhere, and then throws her support behind a more viable dark horse GOP candidate. That could be bad news. |

When the reporter informed that girl that Palin supported the bailouts too, her face is priceless. |
