I posted this on my forum too, but wanted to see what you guys would come with.

Basically, post 1 Wikipedia page about something/someone/somewhere that most people probably don't know about, but would find to be interesting.

We got some pretty great entries on my page.

Yes! I've been there. I just happen to stop there on a road trip and I ate at that diner. Didn't know those were the same one's from Pee Wee's big adventure or I would have taken a picture with em.

This kind of got to me. I have a tought time watching animals penned up in small enclosures in zoos. Recently, I went to the Monterey Bay Aquarium and was pissed to see the penquins all packed up in a small pitiful glass enclosure with a little water and rocks. As much money as they reel in they should really treat those animals better.

Its especially sad to see stuff like this happen to elephants, because I have read that they are very intelligent. A big animal like that should have a big terrain to roam over.
