I have gotta see this p90x stuff. It's everywhere. Dudes are bringing it all over the nation and I must be a part of this bringing.
Is it a torrent? |

The last I maxed out on bench press I was up to 245 for 3 reps.
I don't really max out much. I find chest pressing dumbbells to be much more effective. Bench pressing doesn't engage the chest as much as chest flies and chest press with dumbbells.
I am up to 80 push ups in 1 single non-stop round though.
I filmed this with my Flip Camera the other day and was going to post it up, but I realized how stupid that is. It's just nice. Push ups burn lots of calories too.
So yeah, I can do 80 push ups non-stop. I typically do close to 600-700 push ups throughout the day, and run 10-14 miles a week depending on the weather. |

Ok, Mac! Impressive.
I think I'm gonna try the same thing and see how long it takes for me to do 100 straight push-ups. I should try to regain my old form in crunches too. Used to do 1,000 (2 sets of 500). Now, when I do 100 I need to take a break.
:/
Still no beer belly though!

unless they're in perfect form I think its probably pretty useless to do that many. you're better off doing 50 perfect ones, |
