Seconded.

I had never heard their music before (outside of the BC Posse Cut), but they sold me on the basis of their live show. Which fucking owned.

Few hip-hop acts can hold it down live that well.

I agree. They have ungodly chemistry as a group.

Must be that brotherly love.

I was just blown away with how accessible their live set was without having heard any of their recorded stuff.

Plus they rap naice; even if you did give Adef shit for hold the mic too close or whatever.

It's been about 10 years since I've flyered for a show.

Anyone reading this, what do you think would be the best way to promote this show outside of posting it on the forum and our websites? Do kids still flyer these days? What's the haps on promo campaignin' for hip-hop justice?

Obviously anything on Thayer St. is a good move.

Julian's on Broadway would be good. I've gone to a few shows at AS220 I found out about there when I was living in PVD

Newbury Comics in North Attleboro, oddly enough, would be a good move...anyone who buys records from PVD that aren't available at the mall get their shit there now

I may be mentioning the obvious, if so - sorry. Haha.

No no that's good. Although I don't think I'll be making the trip to Newbury Comics in North Attleboro. The instore we did there reminded me of why North Attleboro is no place to be. ha

N. Attleboro does indeed suck, but if you hit me with a file on the e-mail I'll see if I can get one up there (my brother lives across the street and I visit him from time to time)

You just offended everything I know and love.

Now wait for UGHH to cover the inevitable "beef."

I'm down to put up some flyers - I've got a couple staple guns at my place.

Shane - perhaps we could double up on this! Hit up the East Side & downtown, stapling flyers onto passing children, elderly folks. Oh yeah, and telephone poles.

I don't think any massive flyer campaign needs to happen. But if people are willing to help out there are 2 or 3 specific things that would help for sure.

1) a flyer design.
2) a door person at the show.
3) random help person at the show for random helpfulness.

I'd commit to helping, but I'll be either just getting back into town from tour, or getting in the next day. The former means my help is offered, the latter means it's impossible.

So I def. can't commit - but if I'm around (i.e. I don't find a show for that day on our tour route) then I'll most certainly be there to help.

- Shane
