They did a lot for the sport. Did you see tapout's sales were 30,000 in 1998, and 100 million in 2008. Nice increase in 10 years!

hating on someone who doesn't train that wears tapout is pretty whack, but using the brand to pretend to be a fighter to pick up girls as I've seen quite a bit lately is sad.

People......you just don't get it,fighting and fight gear companies and those who wear it are a different breed than wearing a celtics jersey...or nike...it just is...you wouldn't know shit about that cause you are casual fans...

Edit: do you know how many new guys I see come in to train wearing all fight gear to end up quitting a month later, its a joke. And puts a black eye on those who do train...pun intended.

your not the only one that trains a m.a. or even multiple ones on this forum. The point is, you shouldn't let what other people choose to wear bother you. Its childish and a waste of time.

Because I don't train, I am a casual fan? I'd say it's an advantage that I don't train. I'm glued to my computer all day long keeping up with MMA news. While you were at the gym, you just missed that Machida is going to fight Evans at UFC 98 now!

it wasn't that long ago that this was a sport that made no money, tapout been around time, sponsoring fighters and all that, by buying their shit your putting money back into the sport, i dont see what is wrong with that

of course, you have retards like this :

who walk around pretending to be rocky, when in truth they probably couldnt fight their way out of a wet paper bag, but fuck it. every sport has its tools. why stress?

So what's going to happen with Lesnar now that Mir has pulled out? Do you think that he's going to get another easy matchup, a match against a top contender, or just wait it out till mir can fight?

Well that sucks.

And i don't see Evans winning unless he can take Lyoto down, stay on top, and do damage from inside the guard.
