Will we see SFR diversify like Anticon?

Well, we're sticking to hiphop for the most part. Diverse hiphop. Every once in a while we will try our hand on a special project that may or may not be considered hiphop, but only on special occassions. No telling what the future may bring, but I think there are some really great hiphop acts out there who belong with SFR. We're building the foundation that can launch material that most other labels wouldn't know the first thing about. I can't imagine coming this far with all the risk involved and then abandoning the original mission.

Is Inja still going?

I really liked this Delegates of Culture cd I got as a freebie, his stuff in particular.. I also heard some other tracks on some Suspect Packages compilations.

In fact I'd be pretty interested to know what any of you guys are all doing. I really liked that cd now I remember it, I'm gonna listen to it tonight when I get home! (especialy the track with the same beat as 97 Mentality)

yeah for sure Inja is still killing it. you should check out "Deadly" off his new youtube page, it's sick: http://uk.youtube.com/user/InjaTv

he's also got two beats on the Skeletal Decibels project I posted a link to in that other thread below.

i don't know if you ever got the first Headcleaners (circa 2000) project feat. peeps like Roots Manuva, but it's right here for free download: http://www.delegatesofculture.com/headcleaners.htm

oh yeah and Welcome Dan le Sac Vs Scroobius Pip

Correct. The best way to avoid this is to make two seperate orders; one for the pre-order and one for the not pre-order stuff.

And nice one SFR, been listening to these guys for a while, Dan Le Sac's production is unreal. Letter From God is a cracking concept

They satisfied a basic need of mine by referencing Slick Rick in one of their songs.

"Slick Rick's mah roola"

That's all I needed to hear. Thank you.

Nice, well hopefully this might get some of the names of the SFR artists noticed in the UK.
...and maybe we might see Sage over here again, haha.

the following comments are not intended to diss but just being realistic
I don't really see them making much noise in the U.S. market.
it's the accents, Americans aren't checkin for foreign rap groups
but if the goal is to establish a stronger presence overseas than yah..

I thought like that before too.

But I see a change coming. And I can't deny the solid nature of this album. We're going to push it hard and keep our fingers crossed.

I personally have high hopes.
