I love seeing this label grow. Congrats to the newest editions. Do they get complimentary accounts here?

This is definitely my new favorite song.
I can't wait to see these guys grow with SFR, good work.

Edit: This is a fan made music video, not an official one from the band themselves.

I have never heard of these guys, but i checked them out quickly. Love the first three tracks. I collect a lot of breaks records and a little electro, the point where these two and hip hop meet are some of my favorite records. Unfortunately, a lot times they are one off records--think Evil Nine, Crooked with Aesop rock or Breakfastaz stuff -- so i am psyched to hear an artist devoted to this stuff. Can't wait to give it a better listen.

Someone find that thread where Sage talks about how much he hates British rap, and those British dudes get very upset.

Haha, yeah. I'm interested in seeing that too.

I know I've pissed some Brits off, but there are a couple people from that area now who have impressed me a lot.

I would not have picked up this Angles album if I wasn't a huge fan of it. And I really am. I've been listening to certain tracks from this album non-stop. It's a whole new thing for me. Not just enjoying different styles of rap, but electro production. I'm into this album big time and I'm glad to have something happy and upbeat in my life at the moment.

Truth be told, this is the video that sold me on Dan le Sac Vs Scroobius Pip:

I think this is the one you're talking about:

http://www.strangefamousrecords.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=10166

"When a person performs reggae music he adopts a Jamaican accent...because that's the way we know reggae to sound. I find it very difficult to understand or appreciate hiphop when the rapper stresses his/her Australian accent. If they want to stay true to the way they naturally speak, then fine...but don't chastise somebody for adopting an American accent in their raps."

I loved those few songs awhile back and this guys are fresh as can be. I am very interested to see how an album of them will turn out, but great find SFR. These guys have potential.

Wowza. I think the beats are a good deviation away from the overall SFR sound. This seems like a really good move guys.

Congrats!
