true?

i've heard that from multiple sources also. i'm excited to finally catch him live ... i heard he also does a 20 minute medley of just choruses from songs...

I was actually lucky enough to get a tiny blue bra from him.... aweeeeeeeeee yeeeeeeeeeeeeah!

He was also throwing out merch...cd's and such...

funny thing was he had the hyphy hype guy...then he had another dude who just stood in the corner of the stage with his jacket on the whole time... nodding his head... what ever works!

huh. I'm surprised to see RSE and Def Jux completely absent from this line up. I believe I am 3rd to last performing, but it looks like I'm the headliner in this flyer. Well, whatever the case...there will be some heavy SFR representation at this show. I'm happy to have the platform.

When I saw Kool Keith he was in the Black Elvis wig and did no such thing.

He does interact with the crowd a lot, ended up with quite a bit of signed merch from that show.

I've opened for him twice. At both shows his performances were surprisingly cohesive and very solid. He did the chorus medley at the first show, not the second. At the second, he handed out free DVDs to the crowd. I don't know if they were porn, I thought they might be his DVD with the seltzer water segment.

The greatest moment of the two was the end of the second show: the music stopped and he just stood and stared, absently rambling and mumbling nonsense for 40 minutes from the stage, going 20 minutes past the closing time for the venue. The soundman finally shut him off, so he wandered to the side of the stage and continued to do so to a small group of attendees who were gathered around him on the floor.

When I left the club an hour after close (around 2 AM), he was still there with 3 dudes listening intently and Kutmasta Kurt looking on, his face indicating he was considering either suicide or sleeping on the floor.

Mac isn't on the first poster, which is all that Sage had to go by when he made that comment.
