Hilarious; never heard that one before.

How about 'great voice, raps utter shite most of the time'?

This category was invented so I could mention DMX. he's a complete tool, but man if he doesn't sound cool as hell.

Busta sadly falls into this category as well for, let's face it, the majority of his career.

There was this show early to mid nineties called party scene that Ii used to get sent over from the states which had this awesome freestyle by nine that I musta watched about a gazillion times, dude that album was pretty good from memory

Which reminds me, Kurious George should be on my list too...and no one will mention it probably but Tupac had one of those best voices ever can't front

Onyx, most of Wu, 9th prince, Vinnie paz, Mos Def, Pun (RIP)... tons more, others mentioned.

For me, the best artists have a voice and delivery that combine with the beat into one. I don't like when the lyrics feel "On-Top" of a beat, and I don't like when the delivery/voice/tone don't match the flow of the song. I also tend to get bored when artists use the same tone and delivery for every single song. Are you telling me the subject does not change your mood at all?
