Sorry, I didn't have a chance to listen until now. But the wait was worth it, because your pop is pretty damn nice! I would have liked a little more over top of some of the parts to break up the repetitiveness, but I really like this . Is that soft guitar squeal I hear part of the sample, or something you laid over it? Either way, I think a little bit of your own musicianship could really make this track shine. This is an excellent start to the Googoosh sampling era. Who's next? Sagacious? I did go to you first with this hot tip...
Yes, I will be fucking with Googoosh after this. Hot damn, mancabbage. |

Some of that Googoosh stuff is very tasty for sampling. Thanks for that recommendation. Mancabbage, nice beat indeed.

Hot shit, Adam. My only criticism is this: I don't know the technical language but the distorted cassette effect you have around the middle of the track is a bit overdone. I say this because I had to check my speakers to make sure they weren't fucking up before I realized it was intentional. It's a neat little trick, to be sure, but I think it's best reserved for an intro or outro. But I'm just a connoisseur, not a craftsman. |

I was using headphones, Broman Polanski. Not earbuds either. Just not my style of sound, that's all. |

Sinycal is a dope emcee from Minneapolis. I've known her for over 10 years now and I've always wondered why she didn't make more waves in such an indie-hop friendly section of the world. Well...she put her career on hold to raise her kids. After all these years she has finally decided to release an official project. And you can download it for free at http://sinycal.net/ |

Here's something I'm really proud of from my band's album that comes out at the end of the night. I haven't been this proud of a project in a long, long time. :)
If you dig it, it'd mean a ton if you shared it with your networks.
