Let's hope his son is less of a loon.

I've read a lot in the past few hours implying his son is even more of an asshole, or at least a lot more militaristic.

Sounds like the military could very well step in over the next few days. One thing is for sure, the area just got even less stable and these next few days should prove pretty interesting.

Wow, this is quite a development. He could have been dead for a long time and we would never know.

If anybody hasn't seen this "Vice Guide to North Korea" Please do watch it. It is quite an insight, probably the best you can hope to see as a North American.

get to part 5. It's heartbreaking.

Keep in mind that they're most likely forced to act like that. I know it looks funny, but honestly, this is probably some of the most disturbing images I've seen in a long time.

I suggest reading this book only if you have strong tear ducts. It is not for the weak at heart.

To be honest with you, I haven't heard TOO much about this. I thought western media would have a field day with this. I wonder if there's any (covert) power struggle between the US and China after his death. This is as good a chance as any for regime change.

I attributed the relative quiet around his death to the fact that the media, or maybe the west in general, has no idea what the fuck is really going on over there.
