Gotta give it another go round' but this album is definitely up there with Prayers for Athesists NHFAOW as one of my favorite albums this year.

Only one full listen through and it's easy to see why people are saying this is Sole's best work. I still gotta get my CD.

Hahaha, I hear it too. I haven't had a chance to listen to the record multiple times but it sounds amazing. There is a more layered and diverse feeling to it that I think Plastique didn't have (perhaps intentionally). At any rate, this is a terrific addition to the Sole catalog. It's been a long haul since Learning to Walk, eh?

Oh, and I love that you have Isaiah Toothtaker on a track. Does this dude have a proper album out or what?

I was away for the summer, working, so I didn't get a chance to hear this until now. after the first listen...

HOLY SHIT!

I could write so much about this album, but its like if my favorite album of 2010 (Sir Lucious Leftfoot, the Son of Chico Dusty) had sex with my favorite album of 2009 (Plastique)! This kind of bass... ON A SOLE ALBUM? fuck yeah! and lil b's verse is tight! as is Ceschi and Sage! It's like all the most innovative people in rap on one album!

I'm a little behind but I'm giving the whole album a listen right now. Looking forward to seeing East Coast dates. I caught one of your spoken word sets out here but I've never had the chance to see you with the band. Can't wait!

I'm way behind but I just gave Hello Cruel World and Nuclear Winter volume 2 a full run through. I really like "It Ain't Over" and "Blood Libel w/ Time" off Nuclear Winter vol. 2.

One play through isn't really sufficient, but right off the bat I have to say Nuclear Winter vol. 1 is still my favorite of the three, I've had it on heavy rotation since it came out. But i definitely need to give the new albums a better listen. I'm super grateful they are available and that Sole put out so many free downloads. I'm definitely going to purchase Hello Cruel World when I have the money.

^^ Cool pictures.

Still digesting the album but I think it just might be my favorite release of the year. Favorite songs are Napoleon, DIY and We Will Not Be Moved (which Ceschi tears to shreds, by the way).
