Anyone show up for these things?

I siphoned off a ton of music last time I stopped by.

What got old? A turntable.fm room for SFR members or the whole concept of turntable.fm itself?

I have to say I am very grateful for some of the new genres of music I have learned about and continue to listen to by interacting with others on turntable.fm.

I'm getting my friend to write a plugin for me that will talk shit about the music I play and randomly skip to the next song.

Haha let it go, man, let it go...

The whole concept, Asterax. Takes too much attention to do much else if you're DJing. And there's too much room for people's emotions to get in the way of actual music playing due to lames/skips. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure I'll go back to it but I feel like the allure quickly came and went.

I got kicked off the stage for playing Cat Stevens amid all the undie hop and indie rock.

I still haven't recovered, but I think the idea is cool other than the skipping. If the name of the room doesn't specify a certain genre, then nothing should be skipped unless it was already played earlier.

I don't really want to listen to the roots and brother ali and doom all day, but I'm not trying to skip those songs either. I think people are missing the point.

And how do these motherfuckers have thousands of points? Is this all some people do?
