Im actually using spotify more as an extension to my music collection rather than as a way of acquiring music. Since I can stream any music using my cell phone, I have access to a huge library - without ever syncing. This is even more important if you consider vinyls, as the whole process of ripping is a pain in the ass.

So whenever Im listening to spotify, Im actually listening to music that I already paid for through other means. However, according to the chart posted earlier, I would have to do quite a lot of listening for it to have any kind of impact on the artists income, which is a shame.

Spotify changes up their terms and conditions. Caps of 10 hours a month and 5 plays per unique track.
