this is a time I'd support a ton of skaterkids to be on the sidelines ready to beatdown any WBC people on sight.

Like Casper and his crew in the park on that movie KIDS. ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l3O4dCcWeSs <---- 1 minute in, if you have no idea what I'm talking about)

Just to reiterate: the claim that he had "three shots and three light beers" was patently false. If that were the case, he'd most likely be alive. For a man of his size (I'm guessing ≈ 230 lbs), six drinks in four hours would hardly register as anything whatsoever. He would not be inebriated and would be able to drive, most likely, as well as normal circumstances. Any outrage based on the fact that he "drank and drove" AT ALL, based on that initial report, is stupid, moral panicky, credulous outrage. There's nothing wrong with drinking and driving; the problem is with driving drunk. Ryan Dunn was driving drunk. At .196, you're wasted. You're not a borderline case, as I might be (weighing a bit less thank him) after six drinks in four hours (though I'd probably be fine), you're totally wasted and will do something like drive at 130+ mph on a public road. You die and you kill people.

.196 BAC = (for a 230 lb man) about 15 drinks in four hours = 13 drinks in two hours = actually truly drunk.

For a little anecdotal evidence to support this: I'm roughly this size (230-240, depending on the day, and depending on what I ate). My brother-in-law, who is a California Highway Patrol officer recently visited. We had a drink at home (double margarita), then went out to dinner and each had two 22 oz beers (I was drinking stout, he was drinking red, both were between 5 and 6 percent ABV, if I remember correctly). That's six "drinks" and it was in way less than 4 hours. About 2.5 - 3 hours. He had his official, state-issued Preliminary Alcohol Screening device, so we decided to see where we registered. I blew a .03, he blew .04.

Eh the three beers and three shots number is just a little too round of a number to be true, but it let you know right away there was a good chance he was drunk. I blew a .147 when I got my DUI and I don't remember a damn thing, but I was also under the influence of pills. I'm just glad I didn't hurt anyone else, or anything really other than my wallet.

I might've blown .167, I can't remember. But it was mucho expensive between the fines, $500 license reinstatement, forced counseling for 12 weeks paid out of pocket, and higher insurance rates.

Definitely don't chance it anymore either. A $6-7 dollar cab is a lot cheaper and safer.

I was driving home from work a few months ago and it was a Friday night and there was a State Highway Patrol car that pulled up behind me at a red light. Light goes green and I drive about 30 feet more and I get pulled over for going "left of center." Was the quickest convo ever once he realized he wasn't going to nail me for #2.

In all seriousness, out of the entire Jackass crew, I always thought it would be Steve O who would end up dying. I can't believe a crocodile or something didn't snatch him up on Wild Boys.
