Bubba Ho-Tep isnt known? maybe thats cause it's only played at like 3 film festivals, and thats the only time anyone could have ever seen the movie. It's not even out anywhere. although, when it does come out, I will watch, for Bruce Campbell has the Midas touch.

and other movies........

Grave of the Fireflies
Tigerland
Versus
Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind
fuck, every Studio Ghibli film (except Spririted Away maybe)
Porn Star: The Legend of Ron Jeremy
Singin in the Rain (have alot of people seen it? everyone on earth has heard about it, but I dont think I know anyone that has seen it)
Taxi 1 & 2
Amadeus (maybe alot of people have seen it, I dont know...still amazing)
Delicatessen
Audition
Seven Samurai (I'm sure many people have seen it....but not enough)
Rashomon
The Maltese Falcon

I'll think of more later

a british film called '28 days later'.... its by the same guy that did 'trainspotting' and 'the beach', but this one is a great movie.... its about britain being wiped out by a virus that infects people and turns them into zombies that are controlled by rage.... its pretty eerie in parts and really well made.... the opening scene of a totally deserted london (with a godspeed you! black emperor track in the background) is amazing......

and i know there are some elitists on this board that won't say these movies so I must recommend:
The Princess Bride
Pee-Wee's Big Adventure
Stand By Me
Fresh

Has anyone seen the Mario Van Peebles movie "Rappin'?" I don't know if it's possible to rent but I've seen plenty of copies for sale on DVD. If any of you have seen this film please tell me how it is.
