bleh I sent cash in the mail a couple weeks ago for this and I think it must have not reached you guys... god damn it. I'm not going to do that again haha.

Why do you say this? Is it because you don't have the CD yet? If so, you missed the announcement a few posts back. But also, feel free to email us at customerservice@strangefamousrecords.com and we'll hook you up with a free download while you wait for the CD. Neva say neva.

I haven't gotten a confirmation email saying you guys got the cash, which is what has happened in the past when I sent cash in the mail, and its been 10 days since I mailed it. I could've easily screwed up the address or something dumb like that, too.

If there becomes a new review thread I will repost here but: I got the download code yesterday and listened to this on my way to my duaghter's lacrosse game and damn I was pretty amazed.

One listen in and I found about 5 songs on first listen that were great...does not usually happen for me. " Winter's Solider" was great-as I listened to it I thought it would make a cool intro for the live show (which better be confirmed for Philly soon). "Guns Up" was good plus tracks #1, 2 and 6 (it will take a bit to know song titles).

I highly recomend anybody on here who didn't to grab this--great job PFA. The growth from the first "ep" to this is incredible. You guys sound like a band that will continue to grow and be around for a long time. I had high expectations for this album and you hit eveyone of them. I hope it is a great sucess!

We'll be in Philly on June 4th at the Danger Danger Gallery along with People With Teeth - http://www.dangerdangergallery.com/

That's seriously awesome, Frank. Thanks!

Maybe I'm getting ahead of myself here, but the music for the 3rd album is already written, and we're going to start recording it soon. It'll be another step forward on our evolutionary path, most definitely!

Thanks to all who came out to the release show!! Crazy good time - a ton of familiar faces, a ton of unfamiliar faces (also welcome), people already knowing the words to the new songs?! Fun times.

Also, all pre-orders were shipped on Friday, and they should all be arriving soon.

To top it all off, here's a lil' list of the great press we've received so far:

I received my physical copy today! Its beautiful!
I have listened to the cd 3 times through already, !!!!!!!!!!!!!
I started writing a breakdown of my favorite songs on this album, but it turned into a high point of every song, and each one of those started getting long-winded... so ill save it for a future road trip,
Point is..... HOLLY CRAP!
P.S..... winter soldier made me cry.... i partially blame you, Alan, the terribly sad yet beautiful guitar is perfect. Haunting.

i can't thank you guys enough for this project... The world needs this to exist.

I'm def blown away by all Alan did for this record. I can't imagine being able to play one instrument as well as he can; let alone THREE instruments, and being able to sing like that all at the same time. He's definitely one of those dudes that just has it.

ALSO: PFA is nominated for Best Punk Act of 2011 in Motif Magazine:

More than anything, I am impresseed by Alan's ability to do DRUMS when recording that way. With hiphop it's one thing, but having the starts and stops and shit you guys throw in, that seems like a nightmare to capture alone in the studio.
