TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR!
SFR Basement Show #3, Feb 20th at The Grant (250 Main St, Pawtucket, RI)
METERMAIDS are from Brooklyn, NY and have recently signed to Strange Famous!
SHARK TANK is a new group that Lord Grunge (the big man of GRAND BUFFET) has created with Baltimore homies Mickey Free, Brendan Richmond and Height. Sample their first single here http://soundcloud.com/strangefamousrecords/red-rain-by-shark-tank
EDUCATED CONSUMERS consists of Seez Mics on the vocals and T.E.C.K! on the beats. This DC duo has been putting in serious work for the past 10 years. Check out their tunes here: http://educatedconsumers.bandcamp.com/
TIME CRISIS is a CT crew that consists of emcees, a DJ, and various instrumentalists. The producers of this group won our last remix contest! Check their new video here: http://tinyurl.com/TimeCrisisVideo
SKOBIE WON is another emcee from CT who we were introduced to via the SFR remix contests. Check his video for "American Dream" here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RrDB42Bud8Q
SAGE FRANCIS is the host! He's the Willie Wonka of this Chocolate Factory so he'll do whatever the heck he wants. Actually, he's got a couple new songs he wouldn't mind sharing and if a cypher pops off at the end of the night he might pretend like he's 20 years old again. No promises.
http://tinyurl.com/BasementShowTickets <--- $8 pre-sale tickets!

I got a sneak peek of this album a while back. There are some really awesome songs on it. I only heard the whole album once but there was a track by Grunge about smokin weed in a tent?! I think... it was dope. Funny crazy but funky too.
One beat just killed it for me... damn now I wanta hear it again. |

Jared,
We're giving away the "Shades Off" track you did with Metermaids with every ticket purchase. If you're in the area when this show happens I'd love to see that performed. |

Really hope the hand job has nothing to do with the flavor of the smoothie.
After you share a tour van with somebody for 4 weeks, sharing DNA just doesn't seem so severe anymore, ya know? Whether in Grunge's palm, in a smoothie, or straight up. That's why our mother's gave us the same first name. Though, he started spelling his wrong sometime around the 3rd grade, just to be [i]different[/i.] You know how it is with those Grand Buffet boys- born trouble makers... |
