That's it! Haha that shit was sketch at certain parts and you can't ride your brakes or your fingers with just lose grip after a while. It's so rocky and downhill you just have to ride through the turns. Thanks for finding that! |

The one thing I can think of is that I met bill murry awhile ago at a tim hortans when he was here for TIFF. I shook his hand and now my right hand can punch through brink walls. |

oh dear no. i did take K in milwaukee, when i was a stupid idiot. i spent god knows how long staring at a spot on the rug in a K hole, then when i could finally broaden my perspective, i managed to inch to the toilet. it took me about an hour, to dump the k in the toilet, then it took me another hour to inch back to the living room after flushing it.
billy ray cyrus live was something i swore i would never be at. but then my mom got the concessions contract at alabama june jam 16 and billy ray cyrus was headlining. i wish that i had been in a K hole for achy breaky heart. no such luck.
**EDIT i just realised that this thread was titled " awesome " things not awful things. i don't know what awesome one time things i have done and will never do again. |

Nearly slide off the side of a mountain in a semi truck. I consider it awesome because it is a fun story to tell and it sincerely left me a much more zen kinda motherfucker. At the time it did, admittedly, suck total balls. |

Being interviewed by MTV 3-4 years ago about my band and it's music. I was lying, wasn't in the band at all.

this is the view from the other side
Even if you're not a climber i can't recommend it enough man.. Once you get through that valley you can go into a further area which has another walkway just like that. Hardly anyone goes that far because its not got a guide rail and as such is much more dangerous, when you get up there though its insane, you're so high up on this epic cliff face, surrounded by circling vultures with not a human to be seen or heard for miles. Its a weird feeling man, very very awesome. Last time i was up there climbing we had to interupt the tranquility by blasting some eninio morricone from the ipod :) |

Holy Yes. mancabbage might you do me a favor and holler at me (ajelorza[at]graffiti.net) or point me to a website that will start me off a bit with regard to climbing? Right now I'm basically looking at what equipment I should cop as a beginner and any recommendations/tips you may have for starting off. The few times that I've climbed have undeniably been the greatest joys of my life, and I'm finally willing to allow myself to pursue it. Either/or, that is an awesome cliff. |
