I was going to download it anyway but then I saw Sapient was doing some production work. That man regularly lays down the fire. Sold. |

I'm on my second listen of this album right now. This is catchy, quirky, gritty and rappy as hell. I hope this doesn't fall into obscurity due to it being lost in a sea of free releases. That's an unfortunate fate of free offerings these days. Big ups to Onry & Fake Four for this one. |

His production is amazing, using a good blend of samples and programming. And I always love when somebody has a signature sound. Nobody uses a drum-fill like Sapient.
And how prolific has Onry been? Great example of man dedicated to his craft. |

Home Sweet Home is such an amazing song. I'm very impressed with this whole project. I love Onry's use of adlib vocals as they are clearly put into consideration when he writes songs. I do something similar but I don't do it as often. I know this is a nerdy thing to focus on, but I always notice how he makes great use of background overdubs. |

Never really thought about it before but I agree totally. It's not catchy, memorable and it doesn't really sound good. Strange choice for a rap name.
Still, this shit sounds real nice. Count me in for liking "Home Sweet Home" the best. |

Listened to it today. Onry definitely has a style unto himself. The cut with Debaser is my favorite, but maybe a few spins will reveal a new champion. |

That's funny, cause you're the number one rapper I think of when it comes to studio punch-in vocals, like on "Any Port." |

Speaking of Sandpeople and Sapient, I just recently got into them a little bit. Anybody got any good songs by them to recommend? I really like those Sapient beats.. |

I used to do it a lot more often. I probably got too carried away with it so I stepped back to the point where I hardly use that style anymore. Getting back into it though. It's definitely something you need to keep in mind while in the writing process though. |
