haha...this idea of critiquing a music critic on their actual writing rather than on their criticisms is great. I haven't read any others, but the execution is flawless here. |

Thats not really a bad review at all. Theres no references to obscure french composers and I can actually understand what Im reading. Its actually close to my initial impression of Illmatic. Ive since learned the error of my ways, but if you're looking for 'hit songs' its just not the album to go with. The lo-fi production and minimalist beats aren't going to appeal to everyone
