I just noticed b has songs up on myspace from the cd. I'm nice at being late. Leaving New York is my new jam. Just listened to "The hunter" another great jam.

I wish B. could have squeezed a Whacking Day reference into the Reptilian Agenda. I would've tried.

Marvin is killing me. What a lovely, haunting monster of a piece. It's been a long time since I've been affected emotionally to that degree by a rap song, or had it stick with me so much. I feel like it feels a little out of place on this album. I also think it's probably the best song on the album. If it was the only B. Dolan song I'd ever heard, he'd be in my big book of writers just for that for sure.

Impromptu acapella performance of the Reptilian Agenda, caused by some technical glitches.

Wow, did you have any idea how well that piece works as a spoken prior to that? haha that was fantastic.

yeah, the set usually would start with me in a lizard mask looking creepy, rapping the first verse, then pulling the mask off...

but the power started to short just as i walked onstage, so i ended up taking the mask off instead of standing there feeling silly... and telling people the story of my life. then the music started, then the music died. etc.

Just think of it as supporting the economy for the Village of Dolan. Or the State of Strange Famous.

In my opinion when you are buying from independent labels you are "keeping it local" maybe not as local as you could be.

But i say that not having a solid local record store to support.
