Uh, not really. The Undisputed Truth did 11K in its first week, and he's got another nearly 3 years of hype after that album, including plenty of spots on MTV, etc. It'll do far better than that.

that album didnt put up big numbers, none of the indie acts do,50,000 is indie gold, atmosphere is one of few to hit the indie platinum with 100k.

i know its unlikely, but the guy makes great music - sometimes something that simple pays off.

Are people generally anti-Freeway? I fucking love the guy, and Free At Last spent a large amount of time in my ears, but I'll be the first to admit that it might be a Philly-pride thing.

Still not real sure Brother Ali & Freeway belong on the same track... but I'm curious if people hate Freeway outside of that context.

That other brother ali track and freeway track when freeway does the hook and says "nigga" then bro ali says almost the same thing and sounds like he says "nigga" he probaly felt cool as hell cause he wants to be black so bad so knowing he almost said "nigga" with a bad rapper in freeway who is a bad representation of a muslim.

Fuck a freeway.

his voice makes me feel like it's going to puncture my ear drums, and his rhymes are subpar at best. imo, of course.

they have a joint together though, off the Jake One album. I think it's called The Truth if you want to youtube it or something.

Trav has sold plenty of records, that's how he can afford his flamboyant ear-bling.
