so they send you drugs and then come to your house and arrest you? that doesnt make sense.

There has to be some sort of recourse for that mayor. Prince George's county is hood-like.
That's just plain sad. What a nightmare.

why would you just let your dog roam the hood while no one was home? careless ownership, this could have all been avoided.

Some how the hapless little dude got out, but probably didn't go far. He was right on the front porch. But why were the cops there in the first place? If a neighbor saw the dog they would either a) recognize it as the family's dog and bait him with some niblets or b) think it was a stray and call animal control. Seems to me the "standard procedure" should entail the latter for the police, how aren't necessarily trained in how to be cool with animals. All precautions should have been taken, including assuming the animal was rabid or otherwise diseased until proven otherwise. And then the three rounds thing blows my mind. I'm pretty sure a swift kick would put a chihuahua down, but three bullets? C'mon guy. That was on some bizarro canine hatred shit, or just typical misplaced aggression.

When the pigs are attacking dogs and not the other way around we're all doomed.

i totally agree and i don't condone what the cops did but i would never leave my dogs out in the yard while i was gone doing something time consuming like going to a funeral. i have kennels for my dogs to stay in indoors when i'm gone if it comes to that. the Chihuahua was small and i'm sure this wasn't the first time their small dog was able to find a way to squeeze out of a fenced yard.

i mean fuck those cops, there is something fishy about the whole story but again it could've all been avoided by responsible ownership.

i also find it ironic that cops can kill a citizen's dog at their own discretion yet if you were to even punch a police dog you'd get assault on an officer.

Yes, the cops send the drugs and then arrest you for it. They do this for the express purpose of shooting dogs. They keep the blood from the dogs, and let it pool in their bellybuttons while watching CHiPs.

That's ridiculous for 7 mph under in the right lane. If you're going under the speed limit and you're not in the right lane (unless the right lane is moving slower) then cops should write you more tickets. If you're in the left lane doing that shit the cop should taze you.
