Yeah, right. You guys could have told me that when I was selling my vinyl for $5 Canadian on my first trip there. A wonderful way to not make money.

Hahaaaaa that's what makes my copy of Bounce the sweetest in all the land!

As I recall, it was five for wax, ten for cassettes, and... how much for CDs? Also ten?

No wonder you have such a lingering grudge against Canadian money. You wenr back home and couldn't exchange it for LEAVES.

When is it ever a good idea to sell wax for less than cassettes?! I mean, was this tour in 1988? The Fireworks gallery still stands, but there's no KODAK sign anymore...

Well, there's the per-unit price to consider, probably... and then the volume of music... it's not totally counter-intuitive, we just didn't have a ton of locally-produced wax in Halifax to compare it to.

a 12" single should typically cost less money than 75 minutes of music on cassette or CD. That used to be my mind frame anyway. Nowadays we're giving away hours of music for free and hoping people spend $5 on vinyl (which they don't.)

Any chance of getting a more accurate release date for Prayers for Atheists? End of the year or sooner?

Edit: Yes, loving that escape artist t-shirt. Ive recently gotten into parkour so it seems fitting.

Definitely sooner rather than later. We're looking at June right now.

In fact, we just posted a new song - "Bike Song" - on the MySpace:
