Damn, I seem to be the only one appreciating this album. I would say that this is very underrated.
For me Metallica didnt jump the shark until Garage Inc.
Well, thats is another thread in another time I guess.

My paint skills are sad.

I drew the album I am listening to now at work.

Can anyone make sense of this?

Yeah, By the Grace of God is one of those bands I really missed the bus on. They seem like they would have put on a great live show.

Anyway, here's another shitty rendition of mine....

You might wanna strap on the lollerskates for this one...

haha lollerskates.

ace o' base? the knife's predecessor!

Haha, thats a weird connection to find. Freaking Ace of Base sold millions of copies worldwide playing infantile and catchy pop music. The knife is pretty much the opposite. Sure they sell a good amount of records but they challenge the listeners a whole lot more. But I assume that you were joking...

haha this is awesome

aside from the ones already mentioned (weezer and ratm), i believe another is type o negative "bloody kisses".. yes?

Yeah.

Bloody Kisses was the last half-good album they did.

I much prefer Slow, Deep and Hard. Also...Carnivore's stuff was pretty good if we're on the Peter Steele kick.

About half of the black album was good and the rest was quite mediocre.

Justice was the last album that the band showed their thrashiness. I don't dig much of the other stuff they did, but I never really gave it a fair shot to be honest. The Black Album had a couple really really good songs, though.

I missed Endpoint by a nose. BTGOG shows were some of the best of my life.
