Happy to have me back?  Reply with quote

As you may have noticed I am catching up on a lot of internet business.
I am very happy to be back home.
The Live Band Dead Poet Tour was a great success.

blah blah blah.

tour snippets:
1) I slept in bed with a groupy's boyfriend....it's such a long story.
2) In New Orleans, Cr, Eric (flute Player) and I stayed up until 6 AM with some girls we met in a bar. We told them we were in System of a Down and they brought us back to their apartment. One of the girls was a piano player/singer and she performed the most beautiful songs I had heard in a while.
3) CR had a foursome. Yes...a foursome. And they were hippies.
4) I got in three physical altercations.
5) I performed the Missoula, MT show with a mowhawk. I asked a random beautiful girl if she would cut my hair and she did.
6) The tire of our trailer popped in the middle of nowhere. It took a long time to get fixed. Later that day we ran out gas. AAA had to bring us gas. We still made it to the show on time.
7) In Seattle we slid down a big hill and rammed nito some poor woman's car. It really sucked.
8) I kissed a beautiful girl on the mouth during Climb Trees while her boyfriend cheered me on.
9) During a video interview with some local tv show in chicago I threw a fit and walked out unexpectedly like, "this interview is over." Just for the fun of it.
10) nah.
11) I crank called my promoter every single night of the tour. He called back twice. Once he left a threatening message on my voicemail.
12) We watched almost every episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm inside of the van on someone's DVD player. Too great.
13) I will never play Tallahassee ever again.
14) My first show in Philly made me wonder why the hell I haven't played there before.

there's a lot to say, but as always...I suck.
I have health issues at the moment.
the left side of my head is totally fucked up. an ear ache...and I have two strange bumps on the back of my head behind my ear. it's all fucked up. I'm getting it check out tomorrow.

HOPE is still getting mixed down.

Makeshift Patriot will be on Epitaph's next Punkorama compilation cd. This will be the first rap they ever have on one of those cds. They have distribution in the hundreds of thousands. I am excited about it.

I have a lawyer.

times is trife.

i'm such a paranoid human being.

i'm pretty sure i'm the only person who comes to this board who's only way of seeing a sage show is tallahassee. also, i'm pretty sure everyone else knows this.

so when you keep bringing it up, i feel personally 'attacked'.

Crowds have been small in philly for underground acts for the past couple years and only starting to get better recently.. sean and r5 productions are doin big things.. that show at the church was one of the livest shows i've seen since the def jux tour came through (another show r5 put together).. But you should definitely come back as much as possible.. peace

there is absolutely NO deal with other people's girlfriends.

Since when has that been a theme of mine?

I am not a dirty mac.

This girl I kissed definitely instigated the situation.

you made me feel all self-conscious about it

Good to hear your Philly experience was positive. Please come back as much as possible (preferably with a band, cause you guys kicked ass together). Believe it or not one of the kids I talked to at the show had NEVER heard any of your music before and just came down outta curiosity. He left a big fan.

Just curious...seems odd that you haven't played Philly til now, any reason for that? Or is it just "one of those things?"
