I'm very happy to announce that they are real people.

I like that.

On a semi-unrelated note, the show last night in minneapolis was fantastic. After my show I ventured about 200 feet to the 7th Entry where Bernard Dolan and Buck 65 were performing. Cecil Otter of Doomtree fame opened up but unfortunately I missed that performance. The club was over-packed. People were drunk for the most part. Merchandise was sold. I hit up Pizza Luce with Bernard and Big Handsome afterwards. MPLS never ever lets us down.

christ... i just typed out a whole tour update with pictures, and firefox crashed...

so instead i'll just say that meeting bandini was also one of my high points. he looks a bit like a young tom hanks. surprisingly handsome. ladies, don't sleep. bandini is an unmatched wit, with a chin you could open bottles off.

laurapalmer was also a solid dude who i enjoyed meeting. philadelphia in general was a high point for me on this tour.

now i'll post the pictures ... honest, the other review was better. i talked about how detroit is my spiritual home ... and talahassee florida is fucking hell...

ah well.

a few pictures people have sent me ...

there's me hexxing everyone at the bar. just kidding. heh.

last night in minneapolis, a drunk kid is responding to bomzbo in the typical fashion... "fuck you, fuck the war!" etc.

a kid next to him, who is not in on the joke, gets SUPER pissed... like "i agree with everything this guy is saying right now!" and picks a fight with him!

they get dragged outside...

i run into anti-war boy later and he tells me that pro-war boy proceeded to kick his ass outside, and the two then had a tearful exchange about how pro-war's grandpa fought in world war ii and all this ...

"thanks for getting my ass kicked... and i guess causing some conversation"

"yikes... well... sorry man... jeez. take care of that eye"

sage jumped onstage and did some poems in chicago! woo!

uh-huh.

home stretch! 3 shows left!

once i raid mean eagle's picture folder i'll post up some better stuff...

thanks to everyone that's come out.
the crowd's response has been really gratifying and fun.

international tittilation,
b, jess, squirt & buck 6 five

the shows last night were awesome. I'm so happy I got to go. I feel bad because I made a thread yesterday that said the buck/bernard show was sold out. the first ave website was wrong and it didnt sell out until later. hope no one missed the show because of that.

I haven't seen sage in a couple years and had forgetten how much fun his shows were. the guy is a goofball. it was a great set and it seemed like he won over quite a few new fans. great to meet you sage.

my first time seeing buck. he was a lot of fun. people were going crazy.

bernard was highlight of the show for me. he's a captivating, powerful performer. I see this guy going places. and a really nice guy! he apparently thought I would be an ogre. ha. the tom hanks thing I have never heard before. but I think bernard only made that association because I showed up with a mermaid. I really enjoyed talking to you bernard.

really a fantastic time. if anybody is on one of the remaining stops of this show do not hesitate to go.

I want to meet bandini and tell him that he changed my life and that he made me want to be a poet and play the guitar and eat more cream cheese.
