The set was awesome, I bet half the crowd had no fucking clue who he was but after his set they probably bought something or at least left the show with a good feeling about his music.
Your set was a musical of sorts my friend.
Venue is kind of big, sound is usually awful but it was a good vibe with a decent sized crowd.
The second band on the bill was insane, I forget their name at the moment but it seemed like they had 30 members, their set was full of energy. I left before against me but it was good to see sage again. I think the last time I saw him perform was at scribble in like 1887 or something. |

great show
as always
still BYFAR the best live show in ANY town
i thought not to many people would know Sage there
but there was quite a few heads singing along throughout
i brought my pop dukes to the show
he had a great time
i think it is phenomenal that an 8-10 piece band hits the stage
does their thing
then they get one upped by a guy and his cd player
word to the snotrocket
safe travels with the rest of the tour |

thanks guys.
Nice seeing you both there, even though I didn't recognize either of you at first. haha. It has been a while.
The band that went on before me is called World Inferno/Friendship Society. I am impressed with their whole set up. I don't know how it makes sense economically, but I'm willing to bet these people perform for little to no money just so they can have a good time with the crowd. It was a complete dance party last night. |

the only time i saw world inferno, they played an afternoon show in providence. the night before, they played in baltimore... they drove through the night to make it to providence on time, played a crazy energetic set, and then drove home to new york after the show. awesome dedication. i like it |

That's sad. I usually really enjoy their show. Not many Against Me fans on this forum I guess? |

I like against me. I stayed for em, great live, sound wasn't too great though. Those guys don't even breathe between songs.
People knew who Sage Francis was after his set. |
