this is the second time I've seen someone call her "Jodie" Holland.

It's Jolie.

I'd hate to think people try searching for the music of JoDie Holland and they end up with whoever JoDie Holland is. They'd be missing out on some incredible JoLie material. But maybe we're all missing out on JoDie Holland. Tough to say.

I liked how this writer addressed the "irony is dead" phrase. Seems like everyone else wanted to glaze over that because they couldn't make much sense of my meaning.

i thought the 'irony is dead' line referred to the 'hiphop is dead' um, movement, and the irony of who was saying it

his interpretation wasn't spot on with my own meaning, but at least he took a crack at it.

So it refers to Nas?

I never got the part of him saying that being irony.
I get like 0,001% of all references on rap albums. It makes me feel stupid.

It's nice that the album is getting good reviews though. It certainly deserves it.

will.i.am singing 'hiphop is dead' on the chorus of a Nas song
it doesn't get much more ironic!
