Hey, you know what I found out? Burn has a second ep, came out in the late 90's. Funny this thread should come up at the same time.

if yer talking about the "Cleanse" cd that came out after they reunited in 2001, it's not very good, it sounds like Orange 9mm. however, "The Last Sea," which was an old unreleased demo that was released about the same time, it pretty good.

Neither are as good as the old self titled EP tho

there's so much crap hardcore out there but some of my favorites would have to be converge, bane, the hope conspiracy, bad brains, ALL OUT WAR, and life of agony!

i dont really listen to much hardcore but i'd have to say that the Icarus Line would have to be one of the best heavy groups i've eevr heard, very very cool.

The shape of punk to come by Refused would also have to be one of the best albums ever

I'm listening to some live Refused right now...shit, I am so sorry I missed them when they came around on their last tour with Frodus. Shit would have been bananas. They may be the tightest band I have ever heard. hardcore or otherwise.

I'm not gonna lie and say I grew out of HxC... the simple fact is I still love the dancefloor at a good HxC show. Yeah it's screamy, yeah it's a little obnoxious, but it has heart and it's good anger management. Anyway, favorite HxC bands as of now:

SOIA
cro-mags
ensign
american nightmare
bane
death by stereo
alone in a crowd
terror
buried alive
converge
