Damn, this is some fine piece of work and art.

Although I'd seen some of it before it was great to see the Sole "battle", A Day in the life, the sled thing and Escape artist in such great quality. I was actually surprised by how good Sole were!

And I was totally blown away by the Sea Lion video! Was that the winner from that 2 week competition?? Dude got mad talent. And the "new" beat was great as well.

The Dance Monkey remix thing was awesome. The ending was fucking powerful. The Specialist clip gave me goosebumps all over the place.

Overall I feel this should be great for both newcomers and hardcore fans. I think I understand better now why I was so nervous when I interviewed you. But that turned out to be a great article, and so did this DVD. Thanks.

Now I'll go see the Live part, I just had to take a break to write this.

You know, it is so easy to forget that english isn't your native language. You have a much better command of it than many other people on the Internet.

little sage in USA pajamas is pretty much the clincher for me. the crotch of your pants is like, down to your knees.

the dvd does a good job of showing your quirks- which is something that most people are unwilling to show.

i loved the editing in the meta man interview. you're so frustrated and squirmy.

joey beats with the medicated chapstick. hahaha, i love it.

The Sage and Sole battle was the best footage on the DVD

And that sledding video.....it was even funnier when I saw in the credits that Slug was the camera guy ha

But thanks.

I live at my brothers house with his 2 year old kid. i accidently left the dvd playing when i took a shower and i came out and my nephew was crying. he was watching the sea lion video, the part where guy in the gas mask is twitching, it scared the shit out of him.

Great DVD, well worth a buy. But it did leave me wanting a full live DVD on the level of the specialist and makeshift patriot performances, and a full album of Reanimator remixes ...

Remix Album  Reply with quote

A Sage/Reanimator remix album full or even just a EP would be tight.

It could be called...A Healthy Reanimation. :)

I've only watched about 45 minutes so far. I just got it at the SF show last night. The scenes where Sage was rollerskating were quite funny. Stacks like that are classic. Great laughs. Rock the bells was also straight comedy:
"Yeah, next time throw glass, bitch"

I wish I could have made it to San Bernadino for that show, just for the broccoli throwing.

Putting the Escape Artist video after the Rock the Bell allowed me to put together that the talking at the end of the track is from Rock the Bells. I didn't know this before about 20 minutes ago. Kind of changed the song in a good way for me.

Anyhow, from what I've seen, Great Work, thus far on the DVD. I'm enjoying it. You're a funny man, Sage. Anticon in Europe, with Dax, oh yes.

this had to be my favorite part of the dvd. grungie in his panties! and just the absolute URGENCY with which everyone strips their pants off (see tom in the background). and jackson taking his pants off to reveal....LONG UNDERWEAR! oh man oh man.

i like the way the different segments are titled..."red shirt interview"...."tight shirt interview"

finally got this...highly enjoyable..I will be showing this to a few friends who always tell me there going to see Sage in person then bail the night of the show..this DVD will make them regret their decisions..the live performances show the uniqueness of a Sage show..I can't pinpoint what makes his shows different from other rap shows..they just are..
